Brett Vincent founded Vincent CCL after identifying a need in the legal construction market.

Having worked as an in-house lawyer and with large legal firms in Australia and overseas, it became obvious that clients had a need for:

• lawyers and other claim consultants (such as quantity surveyors, programmers and specialist engineers) to come together in one place to solve construction problems;
• people who understand legal and on-site environments;
• people who don’t need explanations on how projects work; and
• the provision of legal and claims services for a lump sum fee.
