seminars and in-house training

BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY SECURITY OF PAYMENTS ACT (SOP ACT)

With the use of legal and QS consultants we complete SOP Act claims and responses with a greater understanding of the problems at hand. We provide a combination which legal firms or consulting firms cannot do alone. Accordingly we can produce SOP documentation quickly and succinctly. Importantly, our people have been involved in some of the leading cases on SOP issues in the New South Wales Supreme Court.
